The Gut Buster Boot Camp® iPhone app is the ideal tool to take all the guesswork out of attaining your fitness goals; now you can select a structured workout regimen that allows you to start at a level thats just right for you - Basic Start, Intermediate or Advanced - consisting of just 14 carefully selected exercises.

The App guides you with the weights, repetitions and sets (Endurance, Pump & Strength) that are designed to pack a tremendous workout into just under 30 minutes. You merely enter your reps attained for each exercise; the next workout takes into account your past performance to automatically adjust the weights and reps in order to keep you on the path to reach your fitness goals. Rather than being an app to merely record workouts, this App tells the user what is required to reach their goals.

The App also uses Apples iOS Alerts and Notifications to provide spoken instructions that guide you through each exercise, so that you can exercise without having to constantly look at your device. Yes, of course you can play your own music while you exercise! The App ducks the music when it needs to chime in with instructions.

You also use this App to track your body weight, body fat %, height, waist size and age. Based on these measurements, the App calculates the daily protein that you need on those days that you exercise, as well as on rest days.

Your performance, including weight lifted, reps done, body weight, fat weight and muscle weight are graphed, allowing you to visually track your achievements.
